Hi my name is Karon Viggiano, I’m a licensed Cosmetologist specializing in Non Surgical Hair Replacement and Certified in Permanent Cosmetics.
In 1991, friends of mine came back from Florida with their Eyeliner, Eyebrows and Lips tattooed. I knew this was something that my clientele would want to add to their services, especially the clients I was making Eyebrow Prosthetics for.
I immediately started training and assisting to become certified in this exciting industry. I did extensive training at the Florida College of Natural Health and advanced training in Areola Restoration & Scar Camouflage in Toronto Canada.
I am currently certified in both Nassau and Suffolk County, and have been certified and worked in Las Vegas Nevada, Florida, Colorado and Toronto Canada.
In 2006 the Commissioner of Suffolk County Department of Health wanted to ban all Tattoos and Piercings in Suffolk County. Having invested a lot in my education and business, I put together a committee to rewrite the code. Article 14 B of the Suffolk County Board of Health was adopted in October 2007.
I have tattooed thousands of Eyebrows, Eyes for Eyeliner, Lips as well as Areola Restoration Post Mastectomy, Scar Camouflaging & Scalp Micropigmentation.
